     2 weeks ago , we received an liquid cold plate order from the US customer, this is a customized demand for the server liquid cooling applications. Today , we are running the friction welding process for the cold plate, and the cold plate can be finished by tomorrow. Thanks for the support again ,we will ship out the sample soon.

      By using the heat generated by the mutual movement and friction of workpiece end faces to make the end reach the thermoplastic state, and then quickly upsetting to complete the welding.  welding spots and welds cannot be seen after liquid cold plated finished machining . Generally, friction stir welding is to weld the products of the same material and complete them as a whole piece  after welding. It is no different from the liquid cold plate formed by one-time processing, and its reliability is higher than that of the traditional process.
